Attention all Bahia Bay homeowners! 📣 It’s time for our annual HOA meeting, and we need your participation to make our community even better! Join us on Saturday, May 18th, from 9am to 11am for this important event. 🤝

Here’s what you need to know:

🔑 HOA Dues Collection & Key Exchange (9am – 10am)

• Bring your 2023 key to exchange it for the new one.
• Pay $75.00 for annual HOA dues and the new key.
• If you’ve lost your old key or fail to return it, an additional $25.00 fee will be required.

🗳️ General Meeting (10am – 11am)

• Sign up for exciting social events and help shape our community’s future!
• Receive updates on the Access Lot and discuss any concerns or suggestions.

👦👧 Attn: Kids of Bahia Bay

If you’re selling products for school/activity fundraisers or would like to advertise for a summer job (mowing lawns, walking dogs), sell/advertise at the HOA Meeting!

We are also in need of a Member At Large to fill the remaining 1-year term. If you’re interested in making a positive impact on our community, please consider running for this important position! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️
