HOA Meeting Notes
General Meeting Minutes and Voting Results for the Annual Meeting held at the Access Lot on: Saturday, May 20, 2017 @ 1:00 PM
Dues were collected, keys distributed and ballots and budget distributed.
Meeting called to order at approximately 1:20 PM by Matthew P. McCurdy, President
Agenda was presented, which included voting on approval of the budget.
Minutes from the Annual Meeting in May 2016 were reviewed by the President.
No questions regarding the minutes.
Motion to approve the minutes was motioned and seconded; motioned passed to approve minutes.
Announcements were made and included:
*Community statistics including: decrease in number of past due members from 17% to 6%.
President reviewed the comparison document for last year’s budget and reviewed the proposed 2017-2018 budget.
No questions regarding the budget.
Motion to approve the budget was motioned and seconded.
Votes were made by majority show of hands; the budget was approved. President asked the floor if there was any new business.
Joe Pellino discussed golf carts within the community and asked by a show of hands the number of members that wish to speak with the city to change the ordinance. A majority of hands were raised.
The President reviewed the law regarding golf carts and ATV’s with the community. There was no more business from the floor.
The President motioned to adjourn and the motion was seconded.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 2:00 PM.
New Officers were voted and elected by ballot. New officers are as follows:
President–David Dunn
Vice President–Larry Donaghue Co-Treasurers–Rob & Louisa Cronan Secretary–Debbie Dunn
Member At Large–Joe Pellino
Voting results were reviewed by all current board members and verified.
