Attention all Bahia Bay homeowners! 📣 It’s time for our annual HOA meeting, and we need your participation to make our community even better! Join us on Saturday, May 17th, at 10am for this important community event.

Here’s what you need to know:

🗳️ General Meeting (10am – 11am)

• New Board Members to be voted on
•  Discuss and Vote for the following options for the Bahia Bay Stationary Pier located at our access lot to be replaced:
  • The community volunteers and does the work – $9500 (Materials)
  • Quote from Brandon Cassarino – 16K ( He replaced floating Dock w/ community’s help)
  • Quote from South Shore Docks – 18K
  • (These quotes came in 1/2025 so will need to be updated and finalized)
• Sign up for exciting social events and help shape our community’s future!
• Receive updates on the Access Lot and discuss any concerns or suggestions.

🔑 HOA Dues Collection & Key Exchange (11am)

• Bring your 2024 key to exchange it for the new one.
• Pay $75.00 for annual HOA dues and the new key.
• If you’ve lost your old key or fail to return it, an additional $25.00 fee will be required.
